Purchasing without VAT (EU)

Companies from different EU-Countries might purchase without VAT. It's available only for those, who are registered as an active VAT-payer in the VIES-System. Such companies always have a country prefix before the VAT root number (i.e. DE- for Germany). The VAT is to be provided by the buyer in his country.
